I ordered a set of Volk lug nuts, a set of Volk locking lugs, and 4 GT series centercaps (the last 4 in stock). They said the locking lugs would need to be ordered so I had them go ahead and send the rest. I got 20 1.5 pitch lug nuts (the Z is 1.25, this is after I ordered through the "Z guy"). I noticed it on the receipt they sent me so they told me to refuse the package when I received it and they will send out the right ones and put the center caps in the new box. I did just that and didn't hear from them for a long time. Apparently, they sent my center caps to another customer and didn't have the 1.25 lugs in stock. I wound up getting my lugs and locking lugs a little while later and had to wait about another month for my center caps. All communication through this time period was initiated by me. They never called to say that they didn't have the lugs in stock or they sent my center caps to someone else...
My stepdad ordered some springs and struts through them. My stepdad wanted struts that could still utilize the sport/touring switch and he talked to them about it. Somehow there was a misunderstanding and he ordered a set of KYBs under the impression that they would utilize the switch. When he received them and looked at them he saw that they couldn't. They were still brand new, uninstalled so he called about returning them and buying OEM. They wouldn't take them back without him paying like a 30% restocking fee. I know that that is a grayer subject, but it shows how lacking their customer service is...
